Careit is a platform that enables senior care communities to manage and book tours with care seekers. Care seekers can browse communities, compare offerings, and request appointments to visit.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Careit. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

5. Community Listings

Senior care providers are responsible for the accuracy of their community listings, pricing, availability, and tour schedules. Careit is not liable for any false or misleading information provided by third parties.

6. Appointments and Communication

Careit may send you communications via SMS, email, or in-app notifications related to appointment scheduling and reminders. You may opt out where applicable.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.
• Upload harmful or misleading content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Careit at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

9. Disclaimer

Careit does not endorse or guarantee the quality of care provided by any facility listed on the platform. All information is for reference only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of Careit constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
